This four-month project encompassed all critical phases \u2013 initiation, planning, execution, and closure \u2013 and involved collaboration with some of our trusted partners.<\/p>\n<p>The project consisted of recovering centrifuges previously coated by FLUPOL. After removing the existing coating, we performed a detailed assessment of the components\u2019 condition, which revealed the need for metalworking repairs in some cases before proceeding with the new coating.<\/p>\n<p>For this project, we applied one of our ETFE-based (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene) coating systems, renowned for its excellent chemical resistance and compliance with the stringent FDA standards. This coating is ideal for demanding industrial environments, ensuring durability, protection, and compliance with rigorous food and pharmaceutical safety regulations.<\/p>\n<p>This work reflects our commitment to closely collaborating with our clients and suppliers to create solutions that not only meet but often exceed expectations.<\/p>\n<p>We invite all interested parties to explore the photographic records of this project.
