Most of the systems of movement capture present high costs both\u00a0in software as in equipment, requiring specialized operators, factors that make the use of these systems prohibitive for small companies.<\/p>\n<p><u>What did this invention represent for FLUPOL?<\/u><\/p>\n<p>FLUPOL was the first Portuguese company to adopt a robotic manipulator that uses artificial vision to reproduce human movements, applying the technology of this invention.<\/p>\n<p>More than a saving in terms of years of training required, this system prevents specialized workers from performing repetitive manual tasks that can cause injuries, and minimises situations of contact with environments (paints, solvents) which can be \u00a0potentially harmful to the health of workers. Therefore, the expertise of workers is used without the constraint of reduced physical capacity.
